- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
- Products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered are eligible for a refund or replacement.
- Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
